Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the influence of corporatism as an algorithm of professional activity of subjects of administrative management in the Russian society for personnel selection and formation of the staff of the administrative management system. The author of the article comes to the conclusion that corporatism acts as a mechanism for selection of personnel and determines the hierarchy of claimed qualities of applicants at the level of the behavioral code and the language of communication of subjects of administrative management.
