Abstract

In the early 20s the new Soviet leadership had to deal with the rise of fascism represented by its nature eversion right, blatantly anti-Bolshevik, anti-socialist and anti-worker, a phenomenon that touched Italy being the country of origin. To get an idea of the nascent fascism movement Soviet analysts resorted to the experience of the Russian right of pre-revolutionary period, projecting it as instrument for understanding and interpretation model of the reality of the Italian postwar period. The method of historical analogies applied to the study of a social phenomenon completely new helped build the image of Italian fascism in its first approximation.
