Abstract

The peer-reviewed materials include 31 reports. The relevance of the reports is due to the fact that in the modern world, complex and contradictory, global problems are generated by the uneven development of different areas of modern society and contradictions arising in socio-economic, political-ideological, socio-natural and other relations of people. These problems affect the lives of all States, and therefore there are no clear solutions. Reports of both domestic and foreign scientists (from Slovenia, Brazil, Poland, Switzerland, great Britain, Belarus, USA) pay more attention to modern problems and their consequences in the future. The reasons for the increase in such attention to these problems include the increase in the number of mankind, the use of space, the introduction of new technologies, the emergence of a single global information system, social problems and much more. The crisis of modern civilization and world order is explained in different ways, a lot of controversial opinions, but among the factors is often called modern technology, tekhnogennoi, excluding the spiritual and ideological background of the global crisis, which is based on the traditional spiritual culture. The current model of globalization has proved its failure, and therefore the dominant position of individual countries does not lead to any changes, and in the future will be accompanied by the emergence of many contradictions and the need for major changes on the way to a new world order. The new cold war imposed on Russia is a new form of international conflict. It is through active participation, in communication with others that culture is manifested, but this is expressed not only knowledge of culture, but also necessarily the consciousness of the individual, included in the realized behavior.  The solution to the real way out of the civilizational and cultural crisis consists in international and intercultural cooperation, preservation of the integrity of the national cultural space, its traditions, interethnic cultural cooperation.Ваши исправления помогают повысить качество машинного переводаСообщить об ошибке
