Abstract

The article gives an analysis of the main processes of inclusion of labor migrants in the system of temporary employment of the population. The article describes the socio-cultural aspects of values and norms that characterize specific features of the culture of migrants, shows the mechanism of interaction of these elements of culture with the culture of prekarious strata of the host country. It is shown how, on the basis of these processes, there is a cultural mutual enrichment of representatives of various national diasporas and the formation of a public culture. The article is based on materials of researches of interethnic relations in the regions of Russia, conducted by scientists of IS RAS.
