The lessons of the revolution are important for assessing not only the current political situation, but also the future of the country.in fact, in the discourse about the revolution of 1917, an attempt is made to diagnose the socio-political state of modern Russia through an appeal to the past. In addition, the lessons of the past make it possible to prevent social conflicts in the present, and public dialogue on the most important events and problems of modern history of Russia can ensure the formation of conditions for choosing the optimal path of democratic development of the country.
