The changes relate to early detection of the consequences of the abuse of alcohol in patients seeking help in the clinic or medical center concerning somatic diseases - heart, internal organs, blood, etc. To work with them additional diagnostic techniques (special tests) and motivational counselling are used. In this article, the topic was developed in the regional aspect - how to work with patients and improve the skills of doctors, touched upon the issues of medical secrecy and social pressure.
