Abstract

The article reveals the importance of ecosophy of law as a worldview-methodological construct, fundamentally consolidating the mental grounds for ensuring the effectiveness of the social mechanism of reproduction of environmental health. Paradigmatic dead ends of the strategy of coexistence of paradigmally contradictory tendencies of world globalization are revealed and the need for an unconditional transition from anthropocentric versions of its implementation to the consistent ecologization of all spheres of life is grounded
