Abstract

Modern social science in its fundamental and applied forms is under the enormous influence of Anglo-Saxon cognitive space. This fact deprives the Russian social theory and practice of the opportunity to create and implement an undisturbed picture of the world, adequate to the organization and functioning of the Russian society. The article attempts to substantiate the scientific methodology of translation of basic knowledge into the language of practice: social forecasting, social design and rationing, planning and management of the development of Russian society.
