Abstract

The article presents an analysis of the concept of civil society in the world and domestic political discourse, as well as the role of civil society in the formation of inclusive development in modern Russia. The regularities and mechanisms of establishing the optimal dialogue power-society on the problems of consolidation of joint efforts in the process of development and reducing the risks of destructive interaction are revealed.
