Abstract

Some results of field sociological studies conducted by the authors in September 2017 are presented, which are aimed at substantiating the strategy of implementing a new wave of investment megaprojects related to the development of the oil and gas resources of the Russian Arctic. In the course of this work, 140 expert interviews were conducted. Peculiarities, shortcomings and possible technologies for overcoming them were identified related to the practices of solving problems of life support for participants in the development of the Yamal Frontier, their interaction with indigenous peoples of the North, mobile forms of labor organization in Arktikke
