Abstract

The study showed the relevance of discussing one of the most latent fragments of hidden anesthesia - legal drugs. one more fear in public consciousness is revealed, the necessity of comprehensive counteraction to such multifactorial phenomenon as the address to new drugs (NN) which is not frightening by fast formation of dependence is shown. The appeal of drug addicts of high risk group to new drugs (synonyms new psychoactive substances, legal drugs, spices and salts, designer drugs) is analyzed. The choice of this group of respondents is due to their expert position: there is an experience of using a variety of drugs, they are included in the criminal environment, they are characterized by a marginal status. the method of data collection is a written self-report on research positions: chronology of drug use, motives for turning to new drugs, ideas about the most vulnerable groups of the population in relation to drugs, opinions on drug abuse prevention.
