Abstract

The article presents the results of statistical analysis and sociological studies of labor migration as a factor of human potential of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The main factors of migration processes inside and outside the region are considered from the standpoint of educational, labor, demographic and economic behavior of the population. The article justifies the thesis that the migration attitudes of the population are significantly influenced not only by age, education and income, but also by the potential opportunities for professional and personal growth, diversity of forms and status of employment, the desire to get a better and prestigious education, etc.
