Abstract

At the present stage of development of the country in the face of numerous challenges, both external and internal, the task of convergence of positions of various social and political forces on the goals and directions of this development is very urgent. It should also be taken into account that the further development of society (including Russian) in the context of globalization and Informatization will be associated with the formation of a new type of sociality – a network society, which is based on the communicative factor.  Network communication becomes a system-forming source of reproduction of all social institutions, defining the format of social and political relations. Since the social and political imperative of the development strategy should be the maximum consideration of the interests of all social strata and groups of the population, the creation of a core of solidarity around the directions of the development of society in the socio-political aspect is simply necessary. Harmony in society at the present stage is one of the vital factors of stable development of Russia. The aim of the study of the dynamics of socio-political relations in the development of the network society is to analyze the modern transformation processes, identify the positive and negative results of the network of society, manifested in various dimensions of the socio-political sphere.
