Abstract

Since the beginning of the XXI century in Russia there is a formation of a new political space in a network society: modified political practices and political relations, there are new models and forms, in its totality have a significant impact on the socio-political dynamics in society. At the same time, numerous discussions in the scientific community reveal an interesting aspect – a number of theories, primarily of the middle level, which previously seemed unshakable, do not work in the new reality - with their help it is impossible to explain and analyze the processes that occur before our eyes.  The use of new communication technologies has created fundamentally new opportunities for constructing political reality and new conditions for political decision-making. Configurations of network communications suggest other models that are formed in the conditions of the formation of a new social reality.  The choice of the strategy of social development largely depends on the effectiveness and efficiency of interaction between the subjects of political relations. The construction of communications can be a resource for political development.
