Abstract

An attempt of analysis of the current situation in Russia with the adaptation of migrant children with insufficient knowledge of Russian language or do not speak at all, ie a foreign language. The problems of such children in the realization of their right to General education, as well as the problems of educational organizations that accept migrant children for education are considered. The increased scale of migration to Russia, including children's migration, not only cannot be ignored, but also requires certain efforts on the part of the host society in legal, economic and social support of migration processes.
