From this point of view, the declared policy of building a new high-tech economy is inseparable from the fulfillment by the Russian state of its social obligations. The analysis of public attitudes confirms the preservation of the request for the translational transformation processes, which in General correlates with the strategic vision of the Russian elites. At the same time, the country continues to maintain the potential of social deconsolidation, due primarily to the challenges in the socio-economic sphere, as well as the need to coordinate the search for a unifying ideology of development with the continuing political multiculturalism of Russian society.
