Following this, the professional situation of most young people starts to become stable, decisions concerning the organisation of privacy are made, and there is a chance for independence. With regard to the length and complexity of this process, the analysed countries are not exceptional. The universal trends related to the impact of the free-market economy on employment and stability of life are ruthless here; moreover, the local specificity and barriers make this process even more intense than in wealthier countries with more stable foundations of development (Germany is an example here). When analysing different detailed issues (starting with employment expectations, through to professional activity, unemployment rates, temporary job phenomenon, and finally dilemmas related to starting a family, or problems related to a quality of life) we show that, today, teenage groups should be scrutinised in the contex of questions concerning a social change.Авторы:Чередниченко Г.А., Шафранец К., Шимборский П., Далу А-М, Кванг Н.Х., Кронберга Г., Курц К., Сипос Ф., Стоилова Р., Синьмей З.
