Abstract

The article deals with the functioning of the system for improving the quality of research and development carried out as part of the federal target program Research and development in priority areas of the scientific and technological complex of Russia for 2014-2020, approved by the Government of the Russian Federation on May 21, 2013 No. 426 , as well as their performance, including improving the quality and managing the implementation of the Program’s activities in terms of cooperation between university science and production and transfer results in the subjects of the regional national economy. Particular attention is paid to analyzing the issues of market profitability and the prospects for using the results of research and development obtained in the framework of scientific programs by the subjects of the regional economy in innovative production, as well as the use of products and technologies developed by the scientific program by subjects of the regional economy in innovative production.
