Trofimova I.N. Training of research personnel: from student to young specialist

Abstract

The paper analyzes the state policy of supporting university science, programs, programs and incentives for attracting undergraduate and graduate students to research and their actual participation in research projects. The author concludes that the measures taken in recent years have contributed to the influx of Russian youth into the sphere of research and development. However, there is a whole range of problems that cannot be solved only by increasing the volume of funding and introducing targets. Stimulating the participation of young people in research activities involves a wide range of tools - from material incentives to creating an attractive image of the researcher.
