Abstract

The article deals with the problem of formation of the system of global political governance. It is noted that in the new conditions the problem of strategic management in the activities of the political elite is actualized, an integral characteristic of which is strategic thinking and strategic culture. It is concluded that the strategic thinking of the elites should be the basis for the formation of political strategy and strategic planning.
