Abstract

The article deals with the trends in the development of the network structure of society and the corresponding changes in the nature of socio-political relations in it. It is shown that network communication becomes a system-forming source of reproduction of all social institutions, defining the format of social and political relations. It is obvious that the network society in many respects differs from the traditional society, networkization changes the very form of sociality and needs new mechanisms of solidarity and self-organization, as the diversity of positions and interests of individuals, groups and the whole community is multiplied in powerful information technology flows, which is the essence of the new format of network communications. Taking into account both positive and negative consequences of networking in modern society, it is not necessary to evaluate these processes as an obstacle to the implementation of new models of sociality, solidarity and harmony. In modern Russia, the solution of the problem of achieving social and political agreement is in the search stage, as well as the task of consolidating democracy in General.
