Kant. Based on this methodology, the author analyzes the actions of the government of Lenin in the rescue of Soviet power and socialism, due to the “new economic policy”, and considers the fate of the USSR and the People’s Republic of China from the standpoint of the existence of an intellectual culture of power and its role in national security.
