Abstract

The article is a review of the results of the international forum Future of work: decent work for all held in Ufa (February 3-5, 2019), dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the International labor organization (ILO) and the 100th anniversary of the first Autonomous Republic of the RSFSR – Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. The author notes that the choice of the forum venue is due to the long-term work of the regional system of social partnership and the scientific community in promoting the ideas and principles of the concept of the International labour organization Decent work. The forum was attended by more than 600 representatives from 27 regions of the Russian Federation, as well as Germany, Canada, France, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyz Republic, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.  67 Russian and international experts presented their reports and papers at the discussion platforms and scientific sessions of the forum.
