According to the analysis it is possible to say that the group of workers in its structure includes mainly representatives of 1, 2 and 3 classes of professions allocated in accordance with domestic and international classifiers. According to this gradation, each of the groups within has its own specifics in terms of motivations and strategies for entering the group of it workers, human capital and subjective perception of themselves as a specialist.
