It is shown that ensuring decent work is complicated by the growth of informal, including atypical employment; reduction of coverage of the working population by the social insurance system; growth of tolerance towards informal labor relations, uncoordinated development of regional and local labor markets. The author believes that ensuring the quality of employment is one of the key conditions for the growth of productivity and social well-being, and requires the organization of targeted and systematic actions based on the principles of decent work concept.
