Abstract

Based on the analysis of statistics and sociological data the author finds conflicting situation in the labour market which aggravates inequality and PFD, uncertainty of employees. This situation, on a reasoned conclusion the author, leads to a significant portion of persons outside the labour force, does not express a desire to work, and among those who are willing to work, a lot of those who are not looking for a job and are not ready to get down to it, a lot also desperate to find work. The process of addictiveness population to the effects of the crisis and the spread of traditional ways of adapting to them leads to the degradation of human capital, is rapidly losing the ability to active measures on the labour market, serving the basic condition spurt in the economy.
