Abstract

The transition from education to work of three youth groups is considered on the basis of the results of a survey of graduates of higher education and secondary vocational education conducted by the Federal State Statistics Service of the Russian Federation. A number of characteristics are analyzed for the first time on a correctly comparable empirical basis: participation in labor activity in the learning process, terms and methods of job search, the impact of employment in accordance with the specialty acquired / and without such connection on acquired statuses; level of employment and unemployment, average salaries by main occupation groups
