It is shown that against the background of the observed complexity of social processes, acquiring the properties of dynamics, multidimensionality, variability and uncertainty, there is a continuous expansion of the range of innovative possibilities of robotic and information and communication technologies . The development of artificial intelligence systems largely changes the human environment, the system of communications and in fact forms a new social reality. Strategically important for the society is the adoption of expert decisions, evaluation of the effectiveness of innovative projects. In our country, the problems of humanitarian expertise are beginning to be investigated in the scientific community in the last quarter of a century, primarily in its philosophical and ethical perspectives. The concept of humanitarian expertise, which entered relatively recently into social and humanitarian knowledge, is largely universal, that is, applicable to the analysis or characterization of diverse phenomena and processes. However, the issues of humanitarian expertise of innovations from the point of view of studying the sphere of robotic technologies are clearly insufficiently studied, research on this topic is still relatively small. Humanitarian expertise involves determining the effectiveness of socio-economic and political programs and projects, technological innovations in terms of their focus on the person, the ability to meet his needs in a variety of areas of public life. In this regard, humanitarian expertise acquires a special meaning from the point of view of the anthropogenic component, and the basic principle of its implementation is humanism.
