Abstract

The purpose of the article is a description of the methodology for remote content analysis of the sites of government on the implementation of breakthrough projects. The next indicators are used: actual data on the main characteristics of the site of the executive authority of the corresponding constituent entity of the Russian Federation; data on generad design and purpose of the implementation of Presidential Decree of May 7, 2018 № 204. Namely on the coverage of the implementation of national projects based on the feedback principle. An additional indicator is the number of publications devoted to the implementation of national projects in specific events posted on the corresponding website of the executive authority. A pilot version of the application of this methodology in regions with different levels of socio-cultural modernization allows us to drow conclusions about the varying degrees of coverage of the implementation of national projects and partial consideration of the subjectivity of the population.
