Abstract

The article presents the results of a comprehensive study of Moscow and Kazan in the framework of the project “Russian megacities in the context of new socio-environmental challenges: building a comprehensive interdisciplinary assessment model and strategies for the formation of“ green ”cities of Russia, in particular regarding the development of environmental policy in them, as well as its important element - civic participation.
