Abstract

The article discusses a variety of electronic forms of political participation of the government and civil society. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of such concepts as “open state”, “deliberative democracy”, “political crowdsourcing”, which represent the feedback of society, the reaction of citizens to the actions of government institutions. Based on the Russian case, the authors showed the development of methods and technologies for the digital interaction of society and the state, highlighted the main achievements and problems.
