Abstract

The article presents a preliminary description, some thoughts and conclusions of the author related to new critical phase of current globalization suddenly generated by the pandemia of the coronavirus coupled with the coming global economic recession. Up to now, the researchers usually analyzed the process of globalization development in the terms of the emergence of new forms of production and reproduction, the relations between its global and local units, etc. In sum, the researches followed within the corridor of transition from modern and postmodern or in the frames of the interregnum period from the Fourth industrial revolution toward the Fourth one. Recently, we are suddenly faced with the natural and social consequences of biological threats, namely the pandemia of the coronavirus COVID-19. The spatial isolation may be compensated by mutual assistance of the neighbors and the volunteering.
