Abstract

The monograph presents the results of the next stage of the study of institutional problems of politics in Russia. The features and effectiveness of the existing institutional structure of domestic polity, political practices and the prospects of their evolution in the XXI century. It is shown how the structure of domination limits the formation of a modern type of policy as a competitive action unfolding in the political field for the development and choice of projects and decisions aimed at the common good. The work was carried out in the framework of political sociology, institutional and gender political science.
