Abstract

The article presents a study of the economic and labor situation in the Republic of North Ossetia – Alania of the North Caucasus Federal District. In June 2019, an ethnosociological study of 200 respondents and 10 experts was conducted. Indicators of the importance of labor for citizens, satisfaction with the level of remuneration, the ability to realize one’s creative potential, intellectual abilities and labor skills, expand the professional horizons and other issues of labor and economics were considered.
