Abstract

The article analyzes statistical and sociological indicators describing the tensions in the sphere of work in Russia, substantiates the need to expand their totality, primarily due to indicators describing tensions within the system social and labour relations. The authors' focus is on the problem of localizing labor tensions as a condition for optimizing them.
