Abstract

The article considers professional dynasties through the prism of the methodology of life experience and strategies. The conclusions of the article are based on the results of analyzing a number of in-depth interviews with representatives of professional dynasties. The object of the study are members of dynasties in aggregative professions of a teacher, doctor, engineer and lawyer, living in Bashkortostan and the Sverdlovsk region. Researchers note a decrease in the influence of the state and organizations on the professional self-determination of schoolchildren and young specialists and the reproduction of the country's labor potential. In this case, family and professional dynasties come to the fore. In this paper, the authors consider the main periods of educational and professional self-realization of informants – the members of dynasties. The authors identify and describe the relationship between the objective and subjective factors of professional development and the formation of the labor path. In Russia, one of the main factors in the formation of dynasties is the active and deep participation of the family in the professional self-determination of their children. However, the older the member of the dynasty is, the less the family influences him/her and the more independence in decision-making he or she has. State bodies and businesses promote the professional and career growth of young people mainly in the fields of medicine and pedagogy. Not only the presence of abilities and interests in the profession contribute to the involvement of children in the professional field of the family, but their absence leads to the choice of a closely related and familiar profession of parents.
