Abstract

The article notes that new dimensions of society are put forward by globalization, as the largest project of humanity to date, rather than a megatrend of modern social development. The explosive growth and development of information and communication technologies have led to a fundamentally different configuration of communications in all areas. Along with this, the new space of being of modern man creates a network society that is at the stage of formation. New meanings of globalization and networked society are changing the values that change human thinking. Attention is increasingly drawn to the gamification of processes in the social and political spheres, including their communication and communication components. And the processes of network formation (networking) and networking of socio-political relations significantly change the face of the world. The network approach to the study of the processes of the modern world allows us to identify new actors in socio-political processes, as well as innovative communication channels, including evaluating their effectiveness. The network approach is successfully used in public policy and political decision-making, in political management at the national and global levels, that is, at different levels of the political system, network management is applied. Network global communications today act as one of the manifestations of globalization or as a manifestation of the effects of globalization processes. Communications are undoubtedly one of the most important elements of the modern world's globalization. And, most likely, the evolution of globalization will be accompanied by a communication turn, considered not only in the technological aspect, but also as a revision of the place and role of communications in the life of society.
