Abstract

This brochure is devoted to the analysis of the state and perspectives of development of Russian science, as well as the cituation and problems of state scientific and technical policy. Five groups of questions are discussed: problems of state policy in the field of the development of science, problems of reforming the Russian scientific and technical complex, problems of the development of human resources of science, problems of foresight and strategic forecasting, problems of Russian science in connection with the construction of a global information society.
