Abstract

Despite the fact that in most countries of the world, national governments provide targeted financial support for their citizens to study and conduct research abroad, a key problem in the development of the Institute of academic mobility is the lack of state measures of legal and financial regulation to support young scientists. In the article, the authors draw attention to the experience of China and France in regulating legal and financial mechanisms to support the academic mobility of young scientists.
