Factors and disfactors of socio-political consent in Russia (and in modern society as a whole) are covered from the perspective of an interdisciplinary approach. This work is based on research previously published by the author's team, which was carried out within the framework of a number of projects devoted to the analysis of the dynamics of socio-political relations, as well as the problems of political consent, the social state and social policy, and the development of a network society in the modern world and Russia. The sections of the monograph consistently present research traditions and modern approaches to understanding the phenomenology of socio-political consent, political and legal aspects of its achievement. The analysis of the transformation of social policy as an institution and a mechanism for the formation of public consent is given. Special attention is paid to the formation of a consensual culture of socio-political interaction, value and communicative aspects of consent. The book is addressed to researchers and University teachers, postgraduates and students specializing in political sociology and related disciplines.
