Content analysis of legislative acts and administrative documents of ministries and depart-ments of the Russian Federation allowed us to system-atize the problems that arise in various professional en-vironments in connection with the implementation of anti-corruption law requirements, such as: culture, health, law, science. The role of professional associa-tions, heads of institutions and organizations with po-litical, cultural and educational resources in resolving conflict situations generated by destructive law en-forcement practices is evaluated. The industry features of forms of conflict of interest are assessed. Negative and positive assessments of professional continuity, which are realized in the phenomenon of nepotism, are systematized. The role of the instinct of self-preserva-tion of dynastic surnames, as well as ways, methods and effectiveness of supporting historically established professional dynasties is considered. The forms of self-preservation of professional dynasties are analyzed; the influence on external regulatory factors, intra-pro-fessional regulation of ethical norms and rules.
