Abstract

The article is devoted to the analysis of the development and implementation of an intellectual information-analytical system for monitoring the social situation for the neo-industrial development of the Arctic, the formulation of methodological provisions, as well as the development of scientific conclusions in the use of intelligent systems in the analysis of information. Based on the results of the study, approaches to the formation of a data warehouse of the Arctic zone were disclosed and generalized. The conducted analysis of the literature helped to formulate theoretical conclusions, develop practical recommendations and outline the prospects and feature es of the introduction of an intellectual information-analytical system for monitoring the social situation for the neoindustrial development of the Arctic. The article scientifically substantiates and proposes the development of an intellectual information-analytical system for monitoring the social situation for the neo-industrial development of the Arctic, which will also include a system for setting and making managerial decisions by the authorities of the Arctic region.
