Abstract

At the heart of the difficulties in the interaction of man and machine as part of smart technology is the problem of incomplete expression by man of implicit knowledge. The article describes a structural mechanism that, being implemented as part of modern Industry 4.0 technologies, allows a person to express implicit knowledge through the habitual formulation of natural language statements and, at the same time, creates new opportunities for organizing management decision-making processes based on the principles of teamwork.
