Abstract

The paper deals with the problem of training a new generation of specialists in the information and communication technologies. The theoretical and methodological basis is a set of provisions that reveal the complex and contradictory nature of the digital transformation process. The conclusion is the need for a differentiated approach to determining the quantity and quality of personnel training in the context of industries, regions and prospects for the development of the technologies themselves.
