Abstract

The subject of the research is features of medical workers qualification growth in Moscow. The purpose of the article is forming an idea of the regional features of the implementation of the national project “Health Care”, representing the relationship of components that are important for the quality of labor resources employed in the provision of medical services. The focus is on qualification growth as a component of quality indicators. The result of the research is recommendations for building educational trajectories for medical professionals in terms of increasing their educational capital in the transition period from certification, which is provided within the framework of additional professional education, to accreditation and continuing professional education. Human development in the post-industrial digital society is positioned as the most significant aspect of all multi-faceted economic development. Economic growth is seen as a source of human capital formation as a key component of national wealth that is gaining weight. The study was conducted in the Moscow region using quantitative and qualitative methods based on six medical institutions. The sources of information are questionnaires and in-depth structured interviews. The uniqueness of the article is that the qualification growth of medical workers is analyzed in a regional context in a multi-factor way: linking this process simultaneously with the development of medical qualifications in General, and with the improvement of the health system in key priorities (prevention, diagnosis, treatment protocols, quality control system, etc.).
