Abstract

Тhe article analyzes the difficulties of implementing the program “Moscow longevity”, in terms of problems for its participants – the older generation of Muscovites. The relevance of the topic research is determined by the lack of open access analytical articles about the shortcomings of the program, despite the sufficiency of its implementation period. The sources of information were legislative and regulatory acts, official statistics, available publications on the research topic, and the results of a qualitative study conducted by the author in the april–may 2020. The most popular areas of activity are computer courses and foreign language learning, OFP and fitness, dance and theater activities. Most of the complaints are caused by the conditions for conducting classes and the unsatisfactory level of organization of activities
