Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the activities carried out at the federal and regional levels to attract compatriots to the regions of the Far Eastern Federal district. Subjects of the far Eastern Federal district are among the territories of priority settlement of compatriots and the Government of the Russian Federation pays special attention to the development and increasing the attractiveness of these regions. The problem of resettlement of compatriots in the far Eastern Federal district is analyzed from the perspective of the influence of the conditions of formation of state policy in this area. The basic principles and approaches of assistance to voluntary resettlement of compatriots living abroad are considered. The authors analyzed the main indicators characterizing the processes of resettlement of compatriots. The article is based on statistical data on the implementation of the State program published in official sources on the websites of Rosstat, the Ministry of internal Affairs, the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the development of the Far East and the Arctic. The main methodological basis in this article are theoretical scientific methods, theories of system management, the theory of stage migration processes. The authors uses scientific methods related to the analysis of empirical data: analysis of statistical data of Federal and regional authorities and analysis of documents. The novelty of the article lies in the development of recommendations and proposals for the development and improvement of the legal and organizational basis for the management of the State program of resettlement of compatriots and monitoring the progress of its implementation in the Far Eastern Federal district. The results of the work can be applied in the development of strategies and practices of work with the participants of the Program, as well as used in the practice of regional authorities and municipal government.
