This opinion is not uncommon among the different expert communities - educational, political, scientific and other. The belief in low quality part-time education form different representations including generally are the following: part-time education is obviously inferior in quality to full-time education, low level of requirements on the exam, the opportunity to pay for writing term papers, diploma papers, for passing exams, etc. In some cases, these perceptions may to some extent reflect the current state of affairs in part-time study in higher education, while in others they do not. Anyway, such ambiguity is the basis for the emergence of research space, in which one can raise the question of the limits of the existence of such strongly held beliefs. In this regard, the focus of our research is the attitude of part-time students (students and graduate students) to the belief of the low quality of the received part-time education. In particular we are interested in the question of whether there are differences in the motives for choosing part-time education, in assessing the quality of training, in the probabilistic and real effects of this form of education on the position of part-time students in the field of labor, who share and do not share generally accepted beliefs.
