Based on the analysis of these trends, it is shown that the network political person, as one of the key concepts of the future, can be considered in the paradigm of unity of social and technological approaches to assessing the prospects for the development of society. The configuration of the competencies of the new network political man will differ markedly from the competencies of the political man of industrial society. In its content and form, digital technologies are revolutionary technologies that radically change approaches to modern education. The process of socialization changes taking into account virtual reality – there is a change in the conditions for the formation of personality and political culture of citizens.
