Abstract

The current demographic situation is one of the indicators of socio-economic development of a certain territory. In the article, the author notes that the demographic situation with its qualitative and quantitative characteristics and assessment in the form of both spiritual and material well-being is the most comprehensive and comprehensive representation of the population. However, if we describe the current demographic situation in detail, it would be wrong to assess only the quantity and quality of demographic processes without paying due attention to the spiritual development of citizens.
